Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule your consultation, I kindly ask that you provide at least one full business day’s notice. This allows me to offer the appointment time to other clients who may be waiting. Cancellations made with less than one business day’s notice, or failure to attend a scheduled consultation without notice, will be considered non-refundable. In such cases, the consultation fee will not be reimbursed. I appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
